Physio Treatment
At your initially physiotherapy appointment your physiotherapist will firstly begin with taking a full case history.
This enables us to evaluate your injury and importantly to understand the factors that may be contributing to it.
They will perform various passive stretching movements to your joints to evaluate your mobility.
Once your physio has arrived at a diagnosis they will explain in detail what has gone wrong, often using models, pictures and diagrams to aid your understanding.
Following your Initial Assessment and treatment we will continue to work with you to enable you to better self-managing your injury.
Physiotherapists prescribe specialised exercises aimed at restoring function and fitness following injury.

We offer a very wide variety of appointment times.
On most days the practice opens at 7.30 AM, and at least one practice each day is open until 8Pm.
We are open six days a week in Kings Heath.
