The Guildhall Practice is a multi-disciplinary practice where we offer a number of physical therapies including Osteopathy in Birmingham City Centre. Our Osteopaths work as a team, all of whom will consider you as an individual and treat you according to your individual needs.
Osteopathic treatment is suitable for everyone. We frequently treat new born babies right through to patients in their nineties in the treatment and management of a wide range of complaints.
While Osteopathy is best known for treating back pain, it is not the only thing that Osteopaths do. Osteopaths primarily treat the musculo-skeletal system, affecting the muscles and joints, by using an Osteopathic approach which is both holistic and patient-centred.
Your Initial Osteopathic Consultation.
At the Guildhall Practice your initial appointment with one of Osteopaths will be forty five minutes. For follow up appointments, we allow thirty minutes.
During the initial consultation your Osteopath will take a case history and take you through appropriate tests in order to diagnose your complaint. It is our experience, generally with most patients we are able to commence treatment immediately during the first consultation.
The General Osteopathic Council, GOsC
All Osteopaths in the U.K must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council. At the Guildhall Practice all of our Osteopaths are registered.
We are also members of the Institute of Osteopathy.

Our City Centre practice may be reached by travelling along via Bristol Road A38 approximately 2.1 miles. There are several options available to locate the practice. If you are travelling by public transport, there are a number of buses that run to the centre of Birmingham and several pay and display car parks in the vicinity of New Street.
