Late Cancellations & £25 Appointments

The Explanation.
Firstly, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to ensure that we have adequate time to offer the appointment to someone else.
It has always been a difficult area for us.
On the one hand we really don’t like charging for late cancellations, because we can relate to genuine reasons, and occasionally it simply can’t be helped.
On the other hand, it’s incredibly frustrating because there are often patients, who need the appointment, but can’t attend with such short notice.
Therefore, the fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the booked appointment, as well as missed appointments, will always be £20.
However, we like to be completely fair, so we have decided to offer these cancelled appointments for £25 to anybody who can attend at such short notice.
These treatments will be standard appointments in every other aspect.
