At The Guildhall Practice Kings Heath and Birmingham City Centre we offer 1-2-1 pilates sessions and run a number of small classes.
Pilates is a very precise discipline, and as such, your instructor needs to be able to monitor and correct your technique.
This is only possible in small groups which is why we keep our class sizes to a maximum of six.“In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference.
In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you’ll be on your way to having a whole new body.” Joseph Pilates.
