Physio Treatment For :
Dance Related Injury : The Guildhall Practice has a long association with all of the major dance companies in Birmingham including Birmingham Royal Ballet.
Performance Related Injuries. Andrew Leask, the director of The Guildhall Practice is employed as a performance medicine consultant at Birmingham Conservatoire and the Guildhall Practice is the “Go-To” practice for all of the local theatres.
Sports Related Injuries. The treatment of sports injuries is one of our specialist areas. All of our physiotherapists have a passion for sport and we have been actively involved with sports teams, elite athletes. Our director, Andrew Leask worked within the medical team at St George’s Park with the England F.A.
Although we treat a number of high performing dancers, musicians and athletes, we apply the same standard of care to all of our patients in order to enable you to perform at your best !
Post-Operative Rehabilitation. Post-op physio is often incredibly important in your recovery from surgery. What some people may be less aware of is the benefits of pre-operative physio, which can ensure that you are best prepared for a surgical intervention.
Your Initial Physio Consultation.
The initial appointment with one of the Physios at the Guildhall Practice will be forty five minutes, and thirty minutes shall be allowed for follow up Physiotherapy appointments.
The fee for your initial Chiropractic consultation will Be £42.00
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Physiotherapy is well regulated in the UK. Physiotherapists must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council in order to practice. Patients may be referred by their doctor, or may opt to see a physio independently.
